Our colons…they're overworked bombarded with toxins and pollution. Because of this, a thick mucus and food over time can become entrenched in the colon walls. Clean you colon now for healthy results!

Did you know that a clean and flushed colon makes a person feel extremely energetic and positive? Also, the absence of a breeding ground to germs results in a dramatic increase in immunity from any kind of infection. Colon Shield is a great natural product to invest in for your healthy colon. It’s economical, safe and effective. Read more @

Great article; it is amazing how many problems are created from toxic build up. I like seeing people use an herbal colon cleanse in addition to the Colonics. Have you used both in conjunction before?

I am 52 and I had my colon removed in June 06 because of infection and I could've died if I wouldn't had gone into emergency, I had a bag until October 06 when they replaced my colon with a small intestine or J-loop, I tell people all the time that if you have the runs for 3 days or more call a doctor, I went 30+ days. I was never put on any kind of a diet but what ever I eat comes right back out and sometimes I finish my dinner on the stool because I'm on it so much, after the hospital they gave me generic Lomotil (Diphenoxylate/Atropine Tablets) 2 - 4 times daily
but I was still going quite often, my work keeps me on my feet so that seems to slow things down a bit but once I'm home and sit down I got to go, my surgeon switch my prescription to Paregoric Liquid 1 teaspoon (5ML) 4 x daily and that seems to work better and sometimes I may be able to sleep for 4 hours before getting up to go again -vs- the regular hour and a half but I'm sure that my eating habits have something to do with it and I don't do any dairy products except maybe cheese, I like pizza, spagetti, burgers & fries, etc. and I don't do much fast food, any greasy foods that I eat I try to get as much grease as possible out before eating it, I only weigh 160 soak and wet, 140 after surgery, and 180 before I started having problems, do you have suggestions on better eating without taking away all of my favorites? any different medications that I could tell my surgeon about that may work better? I've gone almost 48 hours without eating just because I was getting sore from sitting on the stool so often, I even bought a deluxe soft seat for the toilet and a special pillow with a hole in the middle (the pillow isn't doing it's job like it isn't thick enough) but my tail bone is sensitive like someone kicked me in my butt, my wife works in a nursing home and brought me home some soothing cream which helps because I was getting extremely raw and I even tried shaving that area but if there is any kind of help out that may help me, please tell me before I decide to go back to the surgeon to get the bag back.
Thank you so much Ron, Lansing,MI
